Hello dear Musers
Here are five things that caught my eye lately. Enjoy.
Joy and playfulness. Is there anything better? A manta ray doing a backflip. I am obsessed with the question about whether birds fly for fun (rather than the necessities like eating, mating, migrating, etc) and the same with animals. It’s a delight when someone captures a playful moment from an animal
I love Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning for the lessons we can learn from it and when I was in Vienna we walked a different way back to our apartment and as I was crossing the road, I looked up and there was his name.
A beautiful poem by Enzo about respite and respire.
I became too invested in this post that has been doing the rounds and had two questions:
a) why not the last one
b) did they do this just for fun?
(See my obsession with this question?)This post filled me with a peaceful joy. The soft gentleness of it
I’d love to know what’s caught your eye lately and how you are turning up to your creativity
I will have a post coming out in the next day about my first week at the Chateau d’Orquevaux residency and one for my paid subscribers with upcoming writing opportunities, competitions and a prompt to get you writing.
Until next time
