It's so hard to abstain from scrolling once you open a social media app on your phone, isn't it! I deleted the apps from my phone a while ago and only check in now and again on my desktop. I have found over time I check less and less, and I don't tend to scroll as much on the computer. The exception is Substack, which I kept on my phone because I like to read sitting on the couch rather than my desk.

That's a great trick. I have deleted them before from my phone and found that quite useful. It makes it less of a drawcard
